APPOINTMENTS

Our customer service representatives are happy to accept your call to make an appointment by phone. Messages left after hours will be returned the next day.

On Time Arrival - We ask that every client make an effort to arrive at least a few minutes before your appointment. For those arriving late we will hold your spot for ten minutes. We will make every effort to service later comers, but cannot guarantee service.

No-Call No-Show-No Good - If you cannot make your appointment, call and reschedule. These appointment times are reserved especially for you, no overbooking is done. When you miss, we both lose.

No Show/Cancel - We recognize our clients have busy schedules, however, the number of clients we can service is limited each day. When you miss, you take a spot from others. This is not good business for us. As such, no show clients with be responsible for the cost of their service if we cannot fill their spot. This includes cancellations within two hours of your scheduled time.
